Characteristics

– The entire mushroom is beautifully violet.

– Odor pleasant and taste mild.

Ecology

Grows on the ground, primarily in non-fertilized dry grasslands and natural pastures. Rarely in open deciduous forests.

Notes

Lacks culinary value but is a beautiful species that indicates old unfertilised grasslands with high conservation values.
